In addition to tracking your budget, your transactions will also affect your asset value. Whenever you connect a transaction to an asset, it will either increase or decrease the value, depending on the type of transaction. Read here for deeper explanation


Adding Single Transaction

Here are the steps to add a transaction into the system:

  1. Access the menu to add a transaction in one of three ways:

    1. On the homepage, scroll to the Transaction Section and click the New button located on the top right side of the widget.
    2. Go to the Transaction and Budget Page and click the Add New Transaction Button.
    3. On the Transaction and Budget Page, scroll down to the Transaction Widget and click the New button located on the top right side of the widget.
  2. After clicking, you'll be given two template options:

    1. Single Transaction: The transaction will be recorded once.
    2. Recurring Transaction: To enable this feature, you'll need to create a template and set it to recurring.
  3. Fill in the information on this page.

  4. After saving the transaction, it will show up in the list of transaction and will also impact the asset and accounts that are attached to.

Adding Recurring Transaction

Recurring Trasnaction is a transaction that will automatically repeat itself based on period that you have set. These transaction normally are debt payment, subscription, or even mortgage payment. Here are the step by step on how to set this up.

  1. Navigate to the Outgoing or Incoming Transaction Page
  2. Click the little arrow beside New Button and select “Create New Template”
